We don't charge a membership fee. We ask that members do what they can for the society. Perhaps you can open your home to fostering a springer, do phone interviews with potential adoptors, transport a dog from a shelter to its foster home or fundraise by having a garage sale. |

Sometimes an individual dog will need extra veterinary care during an extended stay in foster care. This could include surgery to repair a condition that will improve the quality of the dog's life (eg. ligament repair) or ongoing treatment for a chronic condition (eg. thyroid medication). |
